  • Client Service Delivery
    • Manage the resolution of client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide technical expertise and support to clients on Performance, Attribution, and Ex-Post Risk.
    • Attend and lead client service reviews, providing clear and concise updates on KPIs, service issues, and project updates.

    • Manage and execute change management activities for clients, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.

Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years' experience working in the financial services industry.
    • Client service experience and project management skills are highly desirable.
  • Skills
    • Good numerical, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Highly motivated and adaptable.
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and expectation of others.
  • Education
    • Degree and/or further degree in a mathematically related subject.
    • CFA, CIPM, or IMC qualifications are preferred.
