Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive client development plans to drive account growth and retention.
- Build strong strategic client relationships at the highest level, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with the client's business, brand, and industry, contributing to their success and growth by creating innovative and value-adding propositions.
- Lead client presentations and negotiations, articulating the value proposition and driving business results.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client servicing and creativity, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Proactively manage risks and escalate concerns to the Client Services Director.
- Provide regular business insights, reports, and ad-hoc information to stakeholders.
