About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Store Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks UK. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team of baristas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Shifts and Teams: Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead shifts, motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless store operations, including opening and closing duties, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop the skills and talents of team members, provide coaching and feedback, and create a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Store Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
