Job Description

Talent84 Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the smooth running of our depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Branch Management: In the absence of the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight: You will take responsibility for the operational running of the depot, including managing supplier agreements and ensuring that all operational processes are running efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: As a leader, you will motivate and guide the branch team, setting goals and providing guidance to ensure that they are working effectively towards achieving our sales and operational objectives.
  • Sales and Account Management: You will work closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service, manage customer concerns and escalations, and build strong relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and sales.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or operational roles.
  • Experience with online/internet trading.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proactive and customer-focused with a passion for driving sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and training.
