**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to provide administrative support to our Middlesbrough Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the branch, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the branch team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer information, sales data, and branch performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with branch operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
