About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Sales Associate to join our residential sales team at Bridgfords. As a Trainee Sales Associate, you will play a key role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers

  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
