KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead and develop a small team of employees
  2. Ensure the Branch operates efficiently and effectively
  3. Develop relationships with customers and enhance the sales and customer experience
  4. Manage day-to-day Branch operations and team members
  5. Manage team absences and deployment
  6. Support regional teams with recruitment
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards
  8. Support training and maintain training records

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Hands-on leadership and a customer-focused approach
  2. Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  3. A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins
  4. Good organisational skills and leadership abilities
  5. A full and valid driving license
  6. Strong management skills and experience of leading a team
  7. Experience in a similar management role, ideally in a trade or retail environment
