Job Title: Branch Administrator

At Brammer Buck & Hickman, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will provide administrative support to our Middlesbrough branch, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the branch team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including customer information, sales data, and financial reports.
  • Assist with payroll procedures, including processing payments and managing employee data.
  • Support the branch team with customer relations, including resolving queries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • General office and finance administration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounts administration procedures, including creditors and debtors.
  • Computer literate with experience of customer relations software.
