Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team at The Recruitment Co.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding a wide range of queries, including refunds, replacements, account queries, and amendments.
  • Utilize multiple in-house systems to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44, paid weekly every Friday.
  • A full-time contract with 37.5 hours per week, offering opportunities for overtime.
  • A temporary on-going contract with the potential to become permanent.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
