We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Admin / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in-person interactions.
  • Review and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Address any invoicing queries or discrepancies in a timely manner, collaborating with relevant departments as needed to resolve issues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and assistance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximised.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
