About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Advisor to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a Regional HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert support in a range of employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and maintaining impartiality.
  • Lead settlement negotiations, mediation, and conciliation services to resolve conflicts and disputes.
  • Generate high-quality, legally compliant reports promptly to support business decisions.
  • Oversee administrative procedures for effective file management, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Contribute to securing repeat business and showcasing our services to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain impartial and assess risks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate high-quality reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
