Job Summary

Investigo is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to support our regional sites across the North of England. As a key member of our People team, you will work closely with senior leaders and line management to provide strategic and operational HR advice and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior leaders and line management across the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement people plans and interventions to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Coach leadership and line management on best practice and improve capability and self-sufficiency.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services.
  • Stay up-to-date with complex T&Cs across the NHS and Public Sector.

Requirements

  • Strong generalist HR background with experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Proven track record of providing strategic and operational HR advice and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and line management.
  • Flexibility to travel onsite across the Northern Hubs as required.
