Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Design Lead to join our Design and Publishing team at the National Audit Office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and mentor a small team of Creative Artworkers & Typesetters (CA&Ts) to deliver high-quality design outputs.

* Collaborate with the Publishing Lead to balance daily workload across the team.

* Interpret client briefs to determine optimal design formats and approaches.

* Create, enhance, and quality-assure a variety of digital- and print-based publications, diagrams, infographics, videos, animations, and social media assets.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure design solutions meet client objectives.

* Support the continuous evolution of design outputs with a focus on user experience and brand consistency.

* Provide creative direction and post-production support for videography and photography.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in design, design for publishing, and creative production.

* Proven ability to manage and mentor small design teams.

* Expertise in both digital and print design.

* Experience of working with complex data.

Qualifications:

* Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office based software.

* Digital publishing.

* Self-service creative templating tools.

* Knowledge of WordPress, CSS, Dreamweaver, xml/html.
