Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our clients small, friendly, family-run team in Rushden. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the owner of the business, driving growth through customer engagement and new business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact and arrange meetings with customers to discuss sales opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Provide exceptional aftersales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell parts for machinery to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Travel to customer locations as required, with occasional overnight stays
- Previous outbound sales experience is essential
- Comfortable meeting people face-to-face and building rapport
- Driver's license required (initially you will have use of the pool car; a car will be provided later)
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous but not essential (full training will be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
