Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized assistance to students with special educational needs.
- Implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior support strategies.
- Support the social, emotional, and mental health needs of students.

Professional Development:
- Engage in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities to enhance your skills.
- Collaborate with experienced educators to develop effective learning strategies.

Community Engagement:
- Contribute to a school culture that values strong relationships among students, staff, and families.

Qualifications:
- A degree-level education is required.

Experience:
- Prior experience in a primary or special educational needs setting is essential.

Safeguarding:
- A current DBS on the update service is required or the willingness to apply for one.
