Key Responsibilities:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status and possess a NASENCO qualification.
2. Demonstrate substantial experience in a SEN role or significant involvement in special educational needs.
3. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and associated legislation.
4. Lead and oversee the support provided to students with special educational needs.
5. Design and implement effective strategies and interventions tailored to SEN students.
6. Regularly assess and review the progress of SEN students, adapting strategies as necessary.
7. Provide guidance and training to colleagues on best practices in SEN and inclusive education.
