Position Summary: The Technical Services Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of technical support services to our clientele. This position is pivotal in fostering exceptional customer satisfaction and nurturing robust relationships with both service providers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of mobile service engineers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality service.
  • Provide specialized technical support and troubleshooting expertise to clients and external service teams.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair processes related to our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Operations leadership to devise and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for service enhancement, spearheading initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance metrics to ensure objectives are consistently met or surpassed.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts and service tools effectively.
  • Compile and present regular reports detailing service activities, customer feedback, and team performance metrics.
  • Occasionally participate in field operations to support and assess service providers.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient understanding of system-level engineering, particularly the interplay between digital, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in electrical systems.
