Westin Par, a distinguished and well-established regional law firm with a rich history spanning nearly two centuries, is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Specialist to lead the development of our Residential Conveyancing services in Corby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Oversee a diverse caseload, including sales and purchases, equity transactions, right to buy schemes, shared ownership arrangements, and lease extensions.
- Manage cases from inception through to post-completion, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a substantial Residential Conveyancing caseload.
- Proficient in IT, with experience in utilizing case management systems.
