As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Build strong relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Record and report incidents, accidents, and concerns, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in residential care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting the emotional and physical well-being of our young people.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent (desirable).
  • Experience in a children's home setting (desirable).
  • A passion for working with young people and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shift patterns, including sleep-ins, with a guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • A full UK driving license (essential).
  • Ability to work as part of a team, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £28,180.80 to £29,218.80 per year, depending on qualifications.
