Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and report incidents, accidents, and concerns, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a sense of community and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent (desirable).
  • Experience in a children's home setting (desirable).
  • Passion for working with young people and commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including sleep-ins.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Ability to work as part of a team, promoting a positive and supportive culture.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £28,180.8 to £29,218.8 per year, depending on qualifications.
  • Enrolment onto the fully funded Level 3/4/5 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification.
