Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Residential Care Manager to lead our team in Corby, North Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.



This is a residential care home that supports individuals with Autism and challenging behaviour.



To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.



As a Residential Care Manager, your key responsibilities will include:




  • Providing dedicated support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Effectively leading and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality person-centred support and care
  • Ensuring best practice in social care and continually developing the service
  • Utilizing your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes is critical to the service's success


The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:




  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
  • Fine-tuned decision-making skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and a strong 'can do' attitude


The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours a week.
