Residential Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our housing projects. As the site manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all work meets our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housing project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
