Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Process Specialist to join our team at Amber Labs. As a ServiceNow Process Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing business processes and workflows within ServiceNow, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document requirements, optimizing and automating processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and providing expert advice on process improvement and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design business processes and workflows within ServiceNow: Utilize your expertise in ServiceNow process design and implementation to analyze and design business processes and workflows that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and document requirements for process improvement and implementation.
  • Optimize and automate processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness: Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize and automate processes, reducing manual effort and improving overall efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on process improvement and best practices: Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues and clients to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation to ensure seamless process execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow process design and implementation: A minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow process design and implementation is required.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices: A solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices is essential for this role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to optimize and automate processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders and provide expert advice.
  • SC Clearance is mandatory: A valid SC Clearance is required for this role.
