ServiceNow Lead Developer Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer to join our team at 83zero. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and develop new ServiceNow applications, solutions, and services as required
* Take ownership of complex business requirements and work them to completion with the support of the ServiceNow Business Analyst
* Assist the ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating the release level of effort
* Leverage your technical knowledge to ensure optimization and compliance when IT organizations use the ServiceNow Platform

**Requirements**

* Experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform and working in an Agile/Scrum environment
* Strong understanding of relational database concepts
* Experienced in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, and ITOM
* ServiceNow CSA and ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist certifications
