Project Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior SHEQ Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our SHEQ department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SHEQ policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and management audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with SHEQ policies and procedures.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to SHEQ Advisors and other team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Head of SHEQ to develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our SHEQ management system.
  • Provide support to operational teams to ensure they have the necessary guidance, briefing, and training to carry out their work safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a SHEQ role, with a strong understanding of health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
