About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Minerva, a leading charity providing innovative rehabilitation and support services for individuals with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions to support individuals with acquired brain injuries.
  • Provide expert psychological advice and guidance to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective risk management.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate psychological risks, maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Participate in local meetings, contributing a psychological perspective and informing the development of clinical policies and delivery models for neuropsychology.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and deliver evidence-based interventions, promoting positive outcomes for individuals with acquired brain injuries.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience in neuropsychology and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
