Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Minerva, a leading healthcare provider. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in the assessment and rehabilitation of adults with acquired brain injury within the BIRT neurobehavioral model.

About the Role

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using various tools and methods to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Lead and coordinate care plans, formulating evidence-based psychological interventions and setting SMART goals with service users and the team.
  • Implement therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions tailored to individual needs, promoting optimal recovery and well-being.
  • Provide expert psychological advice to the multi-disciplinary team and oversee the implementation of therapeutic approaches.
  • Perform risk assessments and manage psychological aspects of risk while maintaining high standards of clinical record-keeping and data collection.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in local meetings, contributing a psychological perspective and supporting the development of clinical policies and delivery models for neuropsychology.
  • Maintain communication links with relevant agencies, including NHS, Social Services, and other healthcare providers.
