Research Economist

Our client, a renowned international economic survey organisation, is seeking a highly skilled Economist, Researcher, Writer and Editor to join their team in central London.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a post-graduate researcher with a strong background in economics to take their career to the next level. As a key member of the research team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analysing data, and producing high-quality reports and publications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on economic trends and forecasts
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support research
- Write and edit reports and publications for a non-specialist audience
- Collaborate with senior researchers and editors to ensure high-quality output
- Manage and mentor junior staff members
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Excel and economic programming software
