Job Description

**Location:** Farnham

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Controller to join our team in Farnham. As a Service Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating with service engineers, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Time Management: Input Timesheets on a daily basis and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  2. Customer Communication: Chase customers for order numbers on all work not covered by warranty and provide regular updates on live breakdowns.
  3. Estimation and Invoicing: Create estimates for additional work and send to customers within 24 hours, and invoice all retail work completed.
  4. Customer Service: Resolve customer invoice queries and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Team Collaboration: Arrange monthly meetings with the Line Manager to resolve ongoing issues and work collaboratively with the team.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Answer incoming calls, log breakdowns, and cover other diary locations during peak times.
  7. Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities and organize workload to meet deadlines.
