Boutique Manager

Jo Malone London is a renowned fragrance house that embodies elegance and sophistication. As a Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Your role will involve creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership.
Creativity is at the heart of our business, and as a Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for elevating our in-store events and services, such as our signature Hand and Arm massage and wedding consultations. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, ensuring all team members are aligned with the Boutique and Brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Create and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers
- Elevate in-store events and services to drive sales and customer engagement
- Ensure the smooth running of the store and alignment with the Boutique and Brand vision
- Coach and inspire team members to exceed their KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
