Job Title: Deputy Boutique Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor sales targets and KPIs, and implement annual action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Area Manager, highlighting sales trends, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions and optimize boutique operations.
  • Ensure the boutique is maintained to the highest standards, including visual merchandising, stock control, and security.
  • Lead the boutique team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in luxury retail operations, with a strong background in sales, customer service, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple demands.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
