Creativity is at the heart of our boutique experience. From signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting wedding consultations, our services and events are the talk of the town. As Boutique Manager, your role will be to elevate these in-store experiences and draw success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, ensuring all team members are aligned with the Boutique and Brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
- Create and execute an agile business plan to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and implement strategic targeting and customer relationship management initiatives
- Elevate in-store experiences and events to drive business success
- Ensure the smooth running of the store and alignment with the Boutique and Brand vision
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
