About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Centre Manager to join our team at One Avenue Group. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business centre, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our centre runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services Management: Conduct regular client service reviews, address client complaints, and conduct pre-move-in and pre-move-out meetings with clients.
  • Financial Management: Take responsibility for revenue, budgeting, and full reviews of profit and loss (P&L) statements of the centre.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assess resources within the centre, ensure operational efficiencies, and conduct audits across Health and Safety, Fire, and other Risk Assessments.
  • Contract Management: Learn and understand the terms and conditions of client contracts and raise basic licence agreements and service agreements on our client management system.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years' operational experience within any client-facing industry. Experience in H&S regulations and Facilities Management, managing budgets and P&L, and proficient use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint are also favourable.
