Business Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at One Avenue Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Services Management: Conduct regular client service reviews, address client complaints, and conduct pre-move-in and pre-move-out meetings with clients.
- Financial Management: Take responsibility for revenue, budgeting, and full reviews of profit and loss (P&L) statements of the centre.
- Operational Efficiency: Assess resources within the centre, ensure operational efficiencies, and conduct audits across Health and Safety, Fire, and other Risk Assessments.
- Contract Management: Learn and understand the terms and conditions of client contracts and raise basic licence agreements and service agreements on our client management system requests.
- At least 5 years' operational experience within any client-facing industry.
- Proficient in H&S regulations and Facilities Management.
- Experience of managing budgets and P&L.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Initial annual starting salary of £40 - £45k.
- 20% annual bonus based on site and company performance.
