Marmion is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing, retaining, and growing our existing customer base in the Netherlands and UK.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and retain existing assigned customer base in the Netherlands and UK, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a high volume of opportunities, with the goal of closing 6-7 deals per month.
- Efficiently identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the account base and sales pipeline.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Marmion's product offerings, competitor products, and the technology industry.
- Utilize expertise to act as a trusted and consultative account manager to clients, providing value-added solutions and services.
- Collaborate with the wider business, leveraging internal technology experts and senior leadership team as needed.
- Engage in technical sales discussions and demonstrations with clients, highlighting the value, scalability, and customization abilities of Marmion's products.
- Deliver product presentations, focusing on solution selling and driving business growth.
- Consistently execute successful closing tactics to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
- 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced sales role within the technology industry.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Previous experience in SaaS is a plus.
- Confident in working strategically to grow large, enterprise, complex accounts.
- Experience working to set targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
