Strategic Business Growth Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth in our dynamic, multinational tech company. As a key member of our innovative team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging key customers and decision-makers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Exploration: Conduct strategic market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build Partnerships: Develop and enhance relationships with distribution and strategic partners to drive business growth.
- Lead and Convert: Manage outreach efforts, set up impactful meetings, and navigate complex sales cycles with confidence.
- Account Oversight: Oversee existing accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and growth.
- Insightful Reporting: Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly reports to track performance and refine strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in enterprise sales, especially within SaaS solutions for vehicle leasing, car rental, motor-insurers, and fleet enterprises.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships, both internally and externally.
- Organized & Proactive: Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
- Tech-Savvy Entrepreneur: A passion for technology with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Networking Ace: Extensive network within the automotive industry and experience in establishing go-to-market partnerships.
- International Experience: Valuable international experience, particularly in European countries and/or Asia/Middle East.
- Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English is essential.
