Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Tile Adhesives

Join Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy, in our search for an experienced Area Sales Manager - Tile Adhesives to lead our sales efforts in the South West and Wales region.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager - Tile Adhesives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive range of high-quality wall and floor adhesives, grouts, silicones, ancillary products, and levelling compounds to builders merchants and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field sales role, selling a comprehensive range of high-quality wall and floor adhesives, grouts, silicones, ancillary products, and levelling compounds
  • All of your time will be focused on selling to builders merchants and retailers
  • May have a smaller element of dealing with contractors
  • Adhering to the company's high process-led CRM system and daily reporting of progress
  • Conducting on average 4/5 appointments per day with 1 day per week spent in the office/working from home on a weekly basis
Requirements:
  • Must have external field sales experience in the construction industry
  • Ideally from a tile-related products background, however, would be open to other building products/material backgrounds
  • Comfortable with reporting on a daily basis and using a CRM system
  • Commercially aware, team player, fun
  • New business hunter
  • Strong relationship builder, loyal, and stable background
