About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retirement developments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring they are safe and secure for our residents.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate events and activities to enhance the resident experience and promote a sense of community.
  • Work closely with our contractors and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to a high standard.
  • Monitor and report on resident satisfaction, making recommendations for improvements to our services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or property management sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
