About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, register applicants, and follow up on leads from various sources.
  • Valuations & Listings: Conduct thorough property valuations, manage listings, and create engaging marketing presentations to showcase properties.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, arrange property viewings, and provide timely feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Sales Progression: Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sale process from offer to completion.
About You
  • Experience: Proven estate agency experience, with a track record in conducting valuations and market appraisals.
  • Passionate & Driven: Strong drive to succeed, with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in IT and an openness to adopting new technology to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to identify and seize local market opportunities to drive business growth.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: 27,000 - 30,000 basic, OTE 35,000 with attractive commissions and incentives.
