- Experience: Proven estate agency experience, with a track record in conducting valuations and market appraisals.

- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Business Acumen: Ability to identify and seize local market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Competitive Salary: 27,000 - 30,000 basic, OTE 35,000 with attractive commissions and incentives.
