Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our team. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for handling complex conveyancing cases, including sales and purchases, leaseholds, new builds, and shared ownership matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of complex conveyancing cases, including sales and purchases, leaseholds, new builds, and shared ownership matters
  • Work closely with the existing team to manage caseloads effectively and provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
  • Maintain high standards of legal practice within the firm and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Sign AP1 documents and handle complex legal matters independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with eligibility to sign AP1 documents
  • At least two years of relevant experience in conveyancing
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to maintaining high legal standards
