About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Pertemps Bridgwater. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing new business development, valuations, and listings, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register applicants and follow up on leads from our website and property portals
  • Conduct property valuations and manage listings to ensure accurate and engaging marketing presentations
  • Build and maintain regular communication with vendors, arrange property viewings, and provide timely feedback
  • Negotiate sales on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcome for all parties
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sale process from offer to completion
About You:
  • Estate agency experience with a track record in conducting valuations/market appraisals
  • Strong drive to succeed and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT and an openness to adopting new technology
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for business promotion
  • Ability to identify and seize local market opportunities
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 basic, with attractive commissions and incentives
