About the Role

The Entertainer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in a 30-hour role. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the daily running of the store, including opening and closing the store, running the store successfully in the absence of the Store management, and producing eye-catching displays using our merchandising principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Assistants to achieve exceptional store standards and customer service.
  • Support the management team in the daily running of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and customer service.
  • Produce and maintain eye-catching displays and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Identify and implement sales opportunities, and showcase creative and commercial flair to drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
