Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Red Snapper Group. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail operations and ensuring that our stores are run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that our stores are fully stocked and that we are not overstocked.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our retail stores, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
