About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Rohan Designs. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving the success of our store in Bath, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
  • Organize and implement store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
