Position Overview

By placing the customer at the forefront of your efforts, you will assist the Store Manager in effectively managing store operations to optimize profitability through strategic retail planning. This includes driving sales, managing expenses, and delivering our brand identity through visual merchandising. You will create an enjoyable and motivating atmosphere that aligns with our brand culture while supporting team development and maintaining high standards in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead by example, showcasing exceptional standards of conduct to uphold the brand's integrity at all times.


• Inspire and model outstanding customer service to surpass customer expectations.


• Train, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring the completion of performance evaluations for all staff.


• Analyze financial data and retail strategies proactively, utilizing local insights and creativity to maximize sales opportunities and support informed commercial decisions to enhance store performance and exceed key performance indicators.


• Ensure the store operates within budget through effective scheduling, cost management, and team productivity.


• Employ strong planning and organizational skills to successfully execute the retail strategy.


• Communicate effectively with Head Office to influence and optimize stock levels as needed.


• Adhere to all procedures professionally for your team and store, including cash handling, stock management, health and safety, security protocols, and loss prevention (this list is not exhaustive).


• Oversee and implement the visual merchandising standards in line with company expectations, including leading promotional launches and store layout changes.


• Comply with all company policies and legal obligations, including safety regulations.


• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to GDPR procedures at all times.


• In the absence of the Store Manager, assume responsibilities to ensure the store's continued success in sales, standards, and team development.
