Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Red Snapper Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Oversee the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in a way that maximizes sales.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the store is fully stocked and that sales are maximized.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the store, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the store is maintained in a safe and clean condition, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Retail Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other retail management software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
