Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve user queries and IT issues through our ITSM tool, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Provide timely updates to service users, keeping them informed throughout the issue resolution process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to escalate issues and drive resolution.
  • Continuously improve processes through reviews, analysis, and reporting, ensuring we're always optimizing our services.
  • Support IT components, manage user accounts, and ensure compliance with information security standards.
  • Work a rotating shift pattern, covering 6.00 am – 10.00 pm, Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.
