Job Summary

Fruition IT is seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Project Coordinator to provide critical support during the hypercare phase of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful resolution of system issues and facilitating effective communication between technical teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the resolution of system issues during the hypercare phase, ensuring prompt and effective management of incidents.
  • Track incidents, follow up with teams to ensure timely resolutions, and provide status updates to senior management on project progress.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and incident management efforts.
  • Assist with transitioning systems from hypercare into Business As Usual (BAU), ensuring all issues are resolved or properly escalated before project conclusion.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and incidents simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to support both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in project coordination, ideally in a technology or systems-focused environment.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset, willing to take ownership of tasks and ensure follow-through.

Working Arrangements

This role will require the successful candidate to work on-site 2-3 days per week, with some flexibility to work outside of core hours as needed. We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.
