Job Purpose

Selint Aviation - Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Specialist to join our team in London, Madrid, or Barcelona. As a leading executive search firm, we specialize in aviation recruitment, and we're looking for an expert to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities

  • To analyze and interpret financial data across the company, identifying trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) that impact business decisions.
  • To develop and implement a comprehensive financial performance framework that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to gather and understand financial reporting and data analytics.
  • To reconcile financial data and identify areas for cost optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • To build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • To design and implement data visualization tools and reporting dashboards to track key business metrics and performance indicators.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial performance management, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.

Job Requisites

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5-15 years of relevant experience in financial performance management, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of data sources, including databases, big data platforms, and standard data formats.
  • Experience with financial operations, including procurement, revenue management, and cost control.
