About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Specialist to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful multichannel marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and achieve personal key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead and report on all marketing campaigns across email and social media platforms.
  • Increase brand exposure for our financial training courses globally.
  • Utilize your creativity and initiative to create engaging content that propels business growth.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in the education or training courses sector is beneficial.
  • Career experience or an interest in the finance sector is a bonus.
  • A proactive and switched-on marketer with a data mindset who is happy working autonomously and in the office.
